I understand, your doubt. Before my experience, I didn't believe in any of this jumbo mumbo. In one day my life was turn upside down. I had Alien abduction experience, I was experience something that I was told didn't exist. I learned that your not a human. The human body is just a mask you wear to experience the physical reality to limite yourself . The Aliens I interacted, know they are Lightbiengs counciouness pretending to be physical. One that look like a Giant humanoid grasshopper told me we have been friends forever. At this moment humans are very ignorant, but soon we will go into a growing up stage, I was told eventually everybody grows up, and civilization is about to reach it's next level of maturity. The best way I can explain is that the whole Universe is a creative endeavor, physical life is set up to be limited, for you to learn Wisdom. There are realities that are non physical, but the growth of wisdom is slow. Earth is a very accelerated class. I want to say this, you don't need to learn anything, but if you do your consciousness will expand. In a non physical being you have all knowledge in your fingertips, but knowledge is different from experience. Experience is your greatest teacher. Oh yeah Everybody is special. Everything has consequences. I never read this book, but the spiritual experience, I had is you never get away from anything. You create the reality, you choose your parents, the theme you will experience and you decide what you will get of it. There is something called automatic Reincarnation this is not good, because you don't get a chance to digest your previous life and learn from your mistakes. Also, death is not a escape mechanism.if you did good, you will feel this energy in death. If you did bad, you will literally feel every pain you committed, you will feel every thought and emotion from the people you interacted with. I had experience of multiple past lives, and what I found funny was that you are reborn with the same people, good or bad . Anyway this was my experience, and I am not delusional, crazy. Soon mankind will be told about the Aliens. Once this happens, we will have a accelerated growth in knowledge.

Problem with individuals like Joe is that they conflate business with useful powerful information…. Our bodies and minds are in fact intrinsically powerful and posses incredible healing capabilities when given proper tools such as ideal environment, organic whole foods, calmness, mindfulness etc… The challenge each individual on earth has is being able to carefully navigate towards unsugar-coated truths about our majestic minds and bodies.

Yes totally agree with you on the part that people make him out to be this flawless human being allmost demigod and this comment section is just proveing your point. But you should NEVER make the mistake of forgetting that he to is just a mortal man like everybody else, and that he has flaws. I definitely have some issues with Attia. That said the cliff theory isn't one of them. Unless I missed is he said ideally, as in he doesn't know, but that's what he's hoping for. I listen to a lot of these guys, but I rarely if even buy anything that they're selling, including their books.

I think that Attia would not recommend something only for money, if he recommends this , he thinks it's a good product. He even recommends stuff for free. Interesting, thank you. My two cents, as someone that has listened to 90% of Attia's podcast content, and his book, and btw nothing in the book that I had not already heard in his podcasts. He probably did mention aura ring a few times in his podcasts, but I don't have any specific memory of it (excepting a recent mention in his heart rate variability podcast where he said he was no longer using the Aura Ring.) I certainly didn't feel any desire to buy the Aura Ring, or even research it, and I do often research products he mentions. Maybe worth noting that I have a general bias against wearables, that I do not own any wearables, and I think people that make health decisions based upon wearables lack critical thinking skills.

Andrew Huberman comes off as a lot more personable and electric than this guy here

I definitely think there should be warnings on the bottles but people should also be weary of anything where it doesn't show an exact amount of a specific plant based substance and should do their research on those substances before consuming them. Some of these are fine in small doses, but in large amounts it's definitely unsafe for people, and from looking at their label it just shows 2600mg of kava/kratom together. Not knowing the exact amounts of these substances is extremely dangerous. And kratom is something that can be pretty strong if you dont know how to take it correctly, as these substances usually take a bit to start working. However, I have found comfort in both of these plants for treating different conditions I have, but I would never feel safe not knowing how much of what I'm taking. Kratom can be a good substitute for narcotics if you don't tolerate them well but have chronic pain. Kava can be great for anxiety without making you feel super drowsy. Both can be used medicinally and in safe ways, but the fact they are throwing kratom into something without labeling it as such on the front of the bottle and also not warning of the side effects on top of that is wild to me. Especially with it already being illegal in certain states. But people will do anything to make money 🤷‍♀️😩

I had a grandmal seizure when I was 6 years old. I had a cerebral venogram at 36 and was told the camera couldn’t get through to the other side. Not sure what that means though.
